In the computer industry, it is common to find people who either know a lot about a specific aspects of the industry or others who know a little about several aspects of the industry, but Scott is the type of person who knows a great deal about a wide verity of computer related technologies. While working under Scott, I was able to come to him and get solutions for tough problems. He would either know the answers directly or be able to suggest a place to find a solution. Because of Scott’s interests, he is willing and able to learn new technologies and stay on top of a changing industry.

After working with VB for two years, Scott Willeke was the guru I had to beg for bits of VB enlightenment. Well, VB and ASP anyway. Well, VB, ASP, Java, SQL, NT Server, and DHTML. I did have Scott beat on Simpsons trivia.

Scott's technical skills are "out of this world". Whenever he is unsure of how something works, he starts hacking at it until he gets it. His knowledge of most 3rd and 4th generation programming languages excels that of the average programmer. When it comes to coding, there is nothing he can't do. The same holds true for about every aspect of a computer (networking, troubleshooting, hardware, software, etc...). Scott knows it all.

Scott Willeke's work ethic is excellent. If you ever need a technical project done right, or have an advanced technical question  you know that you can count on Scott. You can always count on a project getting done well and in a timely fashion if Scott is working on it.   At his young age his technical expertise is both impressive and unmatched. Sometimes he will give the illusion that there is no technical question that he cannot answer... and sometimes it is hard to find one that he cannot.  If he does not know it, he will learn it in a matter of days.  It is obvious that Scott enjoys his work and is in the right field. He is, and will remain, a leader and inspiration amongst his peers in the technical field.
