Why I am a Fractional CTO?

I love solving new problems. From turning a vague idea into a product customers want, to finding a scrappy way to build the next feature, or helping a team get past a seemingly never-ending list of bugs, its in my wheelhouse and I love challenges.

I am full of energy when the problems are fresh and new and I naturally collaborate as I learn and analyze. My collaborative energy inspires and energizes others in a powerful cycle. Once the challenges become routine, I tend to seek out new problems and people that I can help. So its natural for me to work with a couple teams at a time.
